Return and Exchanges
Returns
We hope your order is exactly what you wanted, but if not, a return is quick and easy! NIKKO will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. NIKKO will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation that may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces; please note this excludes fair wear and tear.
Please note:
We will only accept returns from orders placed directly with NIKKO.
Any product not meeting the eligibility requirements, including marks outside of the return products and signs of being worn will be reshipped and no refund will be given.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Items purchased with a Gift Card online can be returned and a full refund will be issued back to your Gift Card so you can use it again whenever you wish. Usually we give 1 year but an extension can be arranged.

Please use a tractable service, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded that same gift card and will be able to re-use it.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?

EXCHANGES
NIKKO does not offer exchanges for alternate products. If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase following the instructions above.
